In an articulated effort of the National System of Digital Repositories of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MINCYT) and the Undersecretary of Relations with Civil Society, the Argentine node of LA Referencia, presented the Portal of Studies on Civil Society (PESoC), a specialized portal on topics related to civil society and its forms of organization, needs, demands and agendas. Specialized scientific production is available in open access through the Portal of the National System of Digital Repositories (SNRD).

This Portal will allow, on the one hand, to bring to the Argentine Civil Society Studies Network (REDSoC) information of interest and put it in value for this group and, on the other, avoid duplication of efforts** by facilitating the identification and obtaining of the contents without having to resort to the institutions and the community to request that they deposit the relevant materials in another area, in addition to their own repository, or create new infrastructures for this. In this way, through the interoperability that digital repositories allow, the visibility of research results will be enhanced, one of the objectives of this National System.
