LA Reference, COAR and Lyrasis (DSpace) collaborate on policies to support institutional repositories in the Latin American region to face the necessary technological update in the face of the new challenges of Open Science.

In that sense, in order to know in more detail the state of the situation and the needs of the institutions we have launched a brief survey open to the entire community since the end of 2021.

The consultation is aimed at repository managers who can provide technical information about software versions, technical resources and difficulties when updating their platforms.

We are confident that this information will allow us to collaborate to bring our network of repositories to better levels of interoperability and services.

We thank the entire community for collaborating in the dissemination of this initiative and the technical managers who answer the survey only once per institution.
